Fantastic food and history tour
Paula the owner/guide has created a fantastic tour for food and history. Every food stop was worth while and provided so much food I wasnt hungry for dinner after an 11:00 am tour. I highly recommend!

An authentic experience
Paula was fantastic. She was a great guide who combined her strong knowledge of the history of the North End with her own personal stories to bring it to life. The food was delicious and plentiful and the local shops were as authentic as it gets. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy the North End as it’s meant to be enjoyed.

The tour guide who makes you feel like a friend
Myself, my husband and our son enjoy this tour very much. The restaurants, stores and food were all wonderful. I felt the cost of this tour was a good value for all that we got. The 3 hour tour went by fast but was the right amount of time. Paula does a beautiful job of weaving in history with personal stories and experiences which made us all feel like we spent the afternoon with a friend we hadn’t seen in a long time! I would 10/10 recommend this tour.

Wonderful Private Tour
My company recently did a private tour with Paula, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. All we had to do was relax, enjoy the experience, and soak it all in. Paula curated a wonderful itinerary that combined delicious food with fascinating insights into the neighborhood’s history and, of course, Italian cuisine. Each stop felt special. As someone who regularly plans company events, I have a deep appreciation for how much work goes into something like this – and Paula made it look effortless. I would highly recommend a private tour with Paula and would absolutely do it again!

Best North End Food tour
Paula knows the North End very well. She brought us to numerous spots and her connections with the owners is apparent. The owners hold high respect for her and the history she brings to their family business. She was able to tell us her own history with one of the restaurants, having worked there for years prior. She also provided us with tips for best seafood in the Seaport area which we visited the next day. You will not be disappointed!

A really historic tour of the North End, with good food.
Paula was great. I really enjoyed her historical view of the North End and even broadly of Italian immigration to Boston. I think it is unusual to have such an in-depth review. The places we visited were great. We had very good food and got to know places we can go back on our own. Definitely a fun tour

TAKE THE TOUR!
This was an amazing experience. Paula is an outstanding tour guide, very knowledgeable, passionate and engaging. She took us to all the hidden gems in the North End. Her love for Boston and the North End is evident in the food she took us to and the history she showed us. Loved that it was a personal tour to hidden and very known places. We tried pasta, rice balls, pizza, caprese salads, olive oil, balasmic vinger, bread, sfogliatella, Gelato, and cannoli. LOVED everything so much. Great value, outstanding guide, amazing food and beautiful atmosphere. I would recommend this tour to families, couples and friends! I would take this tour again if we ever come back to Boston! TAKE THE TOUR you won’t be disappointed!

Authentic Italian Food & History Tour
Outstanding sampling of authentic Italian food! Guide was engaging, knowledgeable, full of insights of history and trivia facts. She thoroughly enjoys sharing her love for Italy and Boston. Food at every stop was delicious and we ended the 2.5 hrs happily full. If I’m ever back in Boston and have the time, I would gladly book again.

Fascinating and fun.
Three hours with Paula is fascinating, informative and allows you to sample some of the best pastries, prosciutto, cheese, olive oil, balsamic and cannoli available in Little Italy. We learned the history of the population of the area and the changing politics. There was a fascinating explanation of Italian wine production while we drank Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. I can’t recommend this tour highly enough. If you want to understand Little Italy, book a tour with Paula.

Incredible experience!
Paula is amazing!! I took 39 high school students with me on this fantastic tour through the north end a few days ago and it was such fun! Paula is energetic and it essentially is a history tour and a food extravaganza experience all in one! Kids loved trying incredible olive oil, balsamic vinegar, meats and eating amazing pasta as well as canolli and gellato! I would highly recommend!!!
